Frequently Asked Questions

Does the daily rate include fuel?

The daily rate covers the van + driver; fuel is paid at actual cost by the customer. (Prefer one all-inclusive price with fuel? Send us your route in chat and we'll calculate it before you decide.) Airport transfers already include fuel and tolls.

How much is the deposit? Can I cancel?

A ฿500 deposit locks in your van, with the balance due on travel day. Cancel or reschedule at least 3 days ahead for a full deposit refund.

What if I use the van for more than 10 hours?

Standard service is 10 hrs/day. Overtime is ฿200 per hour (part hours rounded up). Share your itinerary in advance so we can estimate the timing accurately.

Any extra costs for overnight trips?

Driver's accommodation is ฿500 per night (or you're welcome to arrange a room for the driver). The van is charged per day, and fuel is paid at actual cost as usual.

Can we make stops along the way?

Of course — rest stops, restaurants, cafés, or photo spots as agreed, all within your rental hours at no extra charge. Just let your driver know during the trip.

Do you offer upcountry ↔ Bangkok transfers?

Yes — one-way drop-offs, round trips, or trips starting outside Bangkok. Send us your pick-up and drop-off points in chat for a quote.

How many people and bags fit in the van?

The Commuter has 9–13 seats. For real comfort we recommend 7–9 adults + 6–8 large suitcases. Bigger groups can travel as a convoy of several vans. Child car seats available (please book ahead).

How far ahead should I book? Do you take last-minute trips?

We recommend booking 3–7 days ahead — and 2 weeks ahead for long weekends and holidays, as vans fill up fast. Need one today or tomorrow? Message us; if a van is free, we'll take the job right away. Our team replies 24 hours a day.

Can you issue a tax invoice / receipt?

Yes — we issue receipts and supporting documents for expense claims. For corporate bookings, just share your company details when you book.
