ICONSIAM stands on the Chao Phraya riverbank along Charoen Nakhon Road in Khlong San. From hotels around Sukhumvit or Siam it is about 10–12 km, usually 30–60 minutes depending on bridge traffic. Your driver collects you from your hotel, or from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport at the same price, and drops you at the set-down point on Charoen Nakhon Road. How much is a private van from a Bangkok hotel to ICONSIAM?
The one-way fare is THB 1,500 for a Toyota Commuter or THB 3,500 for a Toyota Alphard per vehicle, including driver, fuel, tolls and confirmed parking.
How much is it from Suvarnabhumi Airport to ICONSIAM?
THB 1,500 one way for a Commuter or THB 3,500 for an Alphard per vehicle, the same as a city ride, including driver, fuel and tolls. From Suvarnabhumi it is about 35–40 km, usually 40–70 minutes.
How long is the drive to ICONSIAM?
About 10–12 km from Sukhumvit or Siam, usually 30–60 minutes; evenings and weekends can take longer.
Can the van drop us at the mall entrance?
Usually yes, at the closest set-down point on Charoen Nakhon Road that vehicles can use, depending on traffic and the mall's rules that day. The return pickup point is agreed before you get out.
What does the fare include?
The vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls and planned parking. Meals, activities and unplanned stops are not included.
How do I book and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 50%. Book on LINE @kingtocar, on the website or by calling 084-709-3719; the deposit confirms the vehicle, the balance is paid on the day of travel, and cancelling at least 3 days ahead returns the full deposit.
Should we choose a Commuter or an Alphard?
Choose the Commuter (9–13 seats) for 7 or more people or a lot of luggage, and the Alphard (6–7 seats) for 2–5 people who want a quieter, more comfortable ride. Not sure? Send your group size and bags on LINE and we will suggest one.
Is the return from ICONSIAM the same price?
Yes. The ride back to a Bangkok hotel or the airport costs the same. If you want the vehicle to wait while you shop, choose an hourly charter from 3 hours: THB 2,400 for a Commuter or THB 6,000 for an Alphard.
On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 3 hours · 90 km (Commuter ฿2,400 / Alphard ฿6,000). Extra time is ฿600 per hour for the Commuter or ฿1,300 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿1,500 / Alphard ฿3,500) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
