How much is a private van from a Bangkok hotel to the Grand Palace?

Does the fare include Grand Palace admission?
No. It covers the private vehicle and driver. Admission, guides, meals and personal expenses are paid separately.
Can the van drop us directly at Wat Phra Kaew?
The driver uses the closest accessible point, normally Sanam Luang or Na Phra Lan Road, depending on traffic and road closures that day.
Can the driver wait while we visit?
Yes, with an hourly charter. THB 1,500 is a one-way transfer; a 3-hour charter starts at THB 2,400 for a Commuter or THB 6,000 for an Alphard.
Can we combine the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun?
Yes. They are close together. Allow at least 4–6 hours and start in the morning so there is time for admission and the river ferry.

Cover shoulders and knees, choose respectful clothing and check the venue's current dress notice before travelling.

Yes, when requested in advance. Send the child's age, weight and height so a suitable seat can be confirmed with a photo before booking.
How long is the drive from a Bangkok hotel?
Usually 30–60 minutes from central Bangkok, but rush hour, ceremonies and temporary road closures can make it longer.

On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 3 hours · 90 km (Commuter ฿2,400 / Alphard ฿6,000). Extra time is ฿600 per hour for the Commuter or ฿1,300 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿1,500 / Alphard ฿3,500) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
