Khao Takiab & Cicada Market
Staying around Khao Takiab or south Hua Hin? The driver collects you there. Cicada Market runs on Friday to Sunday evenings — a good last night out before the drive — and the monkeys on Khao Takiab hill will grab any snack bag.
Hua Hin Railway Station
The old station with its red-and-white royal pavilion in the town centre makes a quick photo stop on the way out of town, about 15–20 minutes.
Mrigadayavan Palace, Cha-am
The teak seaside palace between Hua Hin and Cha-am lies on the way back, so it is an easy stop — but it is not open every day and has a dress code. Check opening days, hours and admission before you go.
Phra Nakhon Khiri (Khao Wang), Phetchaburi
The hilltop palace above Phetchaburi town, reached by a funicular. Afterwards, pick up palm-sugar custard sweets to take home. Check opening hours first.
Amphawa Floating Market
A canal-side market that opens Friday to Sunday from afternoon into the evening. Leave Hua Hin after lunch, have dinner here and then continue to Bangkok — but allow extra time, as Rama II into the city is busy on Sunday nights.
Maeklong Railway Market, Samut Songkhram
The market on a live railway line, close to Rama II Road before Bangkok. If you want to see the awnings fold as the train passes, check that day's train times first and tell the driver so we set your Hua Hin departure.

How much is a taxi from Hua Hin to Bangkok?
Our private van taxi is a fixed price per vehicle, one way: Toyota Commuter ฿4,000 (9–13 seats) or Toyota Alphard ฿9,500 (6–7 seats), including driver, fuel, expressway tolls and drinking water. It is per vehicle, not per person, and there is no meter.
How far is Hua Hin from Bangkok and how long does it take?
About 220 km. It normally takes 2.5–3 hours into Bangkok and about 3–3.5 hours to Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport. On Sunday afternoons and evenings or holiday weekends, allow 4 hours or more.
Where do you pick up in Hua Hin, and can you drop us at the airport?
We collect you at your hotel, condo or pool villa in Hua Hin, Khao Takiab or south Hua Hin, and drop you at any Bangkok home or hotel or at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang for the same fare. For a pickup outside Hua Hin, such as Pranburi or Cha-am, send the location and the team confirms the price first.
What is included, and what is not?
The driver, fuel, expressway tolls and bottled water are included. Admission tickets — palaces, the Khao Wang funicular — and meals are not. If you add a drop-off or a long sightseeing stop, the team quotes it for you to confirm before the trip.
Should we choose the Commuter or the Alphard?
The Commuter has 9–13 seats for big groups, golf parties and lots of luggage. The Alphard has 6–7 seats and is quieter and more comfortable, with less luggage space. Tell us your passengers and large bags and we will say honestly whether one vehicle is enough.
Is the return trip from Bangkok to Hua Hin the same price?
Yes. Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang airport to Hua Hin costs the same as this direction: ฿4,000 for a Commuter or ฿9,500 for an Alphard, per vehicle, one way. If you need both legs, send the dates and times of both trips together.
How do we book, and how much is the deposit?
Send the pickup date and time, your Hua Hin hotel, drop-off point or flight number, passengers and luggage via LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719. The team confirms the vehicle and total, and a 50% deposit secures the booking with the balance paid on the day. Cancel at least 3 days before travel for a full deposit refund.
Can we stop and sightsee on the way back?
Yes. Popular stops are Phra Nakhon Khiri in Phetchaburi, Amphawa Floating Market and the Maeklong Railway Market — mention them when you book so we plan the timing. Short restroom or snack stops you can simply ask the driver for; longer sightseeing or detours are quoted for you to confirm first.
