Ancient City is in Bang Pu, Samut Prakan, about 45 km from central Bangkok. The drive usually takes 60–90 minutes depending on pickup and traffic, while outer Sukhumvit Road can be busy on holidays. A private vehicle collects you at the hotel and drops you at the entrance, convenient for families, older travellers and anyone carrying a stroller. The one-way fare is ฿1,800 for a Toyota Commuter or ฿4,000 for a Toyota Alphard, including driver, fuel, tolls and confirmed parking. Admission, golf carts, bicycles and internal activities are separate. Book an hourly charter if the vehicle should wait.

A community market open on selected days and requiring a detour. Check the schedule and request it in advance.

How much is a private van from Bangkok to Ancient City?
A one-way Commuter is THB 1,800 and an Alphard is THB 4,000 per vehicle, including driver, fuel, tolls and confirmed parking.
How long does the drive take?
Usually 60–90 minutes from central Bangkok, although the exact hotel, rush hour and holidays can make it longer.
Does the fare include Ancient City admission?
No. Admission, golf carts, bicycles, meals and activities are paid to the venue. The displayed fare covers the private vehicle and driver.
Can the vehicle wait while we visit?
Yes, with an hourly charter. If you will spend several hours or continue to the Erawan Museum, choose an 8–10 hour package.
Can we visit Ancient City and the Erawan Museum in one day?
Yes. Start early and allow at least 8 hours. Send all stops so timing and the all-inclusive vehicle price can be confirmed.

Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, when requested in advance. Send the child's age, weight and height and wait for the equipment photo before deposit.
Can we continue to Bang Pu or Suvarnabhumi Airport?
Yes. Provide the final destination and required arrival time so the route and total price can be confirmed before booking.
On a full-day charter, what if we go over the time or distance?
If the van and driver stay with your group all day (same-day return or sightseeing stops), packages start at 5 hours · 150 km (Commuter ฿3,750 / Alphard ฿8,800). Extra time is ฿600 per hour for the Commuter or ฿1,300 per hour for the Alphard, and extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) or ฿45/km (Alphard). Entrance tickets are extra, and if you add stops or change plans along the way, we always tell you the price difference first. One-way transfers (Commuter ฿1,800 / Alphard ฿4,000) are a fixed fare with no extra time or distance charges.
