Tips for the festival nights
Doors open at 13:00. Last entry is 22:00 on Friday and Saturday and 21:00 on Sunday.
The music runs until about 01:00 on Friday and Saturday and midnight on Sunday, so book enough hours for the ride back.
Up to 50,000 people leave the same site within about an hour. Waiting 30–45 minutes after the last set is often quicker than joining the crush.
Before you go in, agree on a pickup point with the driver and save your trip link on your phone. Keep some battery for the walk out.
Send the driver your hotel's exact map pin: several Pattaya hotels have similar names.
Staying in Bangkok? It is about 2 hours each way, so book 12 hours or ask us for a price with extra time.
Questions about Tomorrowland Thailand transport
How much is a private van from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Tomorrowland Thailand?
฿3,600 in a Toyota Commuter or ฿8,500 in an Alphard, per vehicle, one way, including the driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water. The same price takes you to a hotel in Pattaya, Jomtien or Bang Lamung, and Don Mueang Airport costs the same. December is high season: add ฿1,500 per booking.
How much is a festival night with the driver waiting?
From ฿5,350 for 8 hours in a Commuter (฿12,750 in an Alphard). Most groups book 11 hours (฿6,950 or ฿16,700) or 12 hours (฿7,500 or ฿18,000) to stay to the end. Hours start at the hotel pickup time, and each extra hour is ฿300 for a Commuter or ฿600 for an Alphard. December is high season: add ฿1,500 per booking.
How far is Wisdom Valley from Bangkok and Pattaya?
About 115 km (1 h 30 min) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, 145 km (2 hours) from Don Mueang and 20 km (about 25 minutes) from Central Pattaya in normal traffic. On festival days allow extra time near the site.
Is this the official Tomorrowland shuttle?
No. Kingtocar is an independent private transfer company, not connected with Tomorrowland. The festival runs its own shuttle buses from hotel areas in Pattaya; we offer a private van for your group only, from your own hotel and at your own times.
Can the driver wait until the music ends at 1 a.m.?
Yes. Book a festival-night package long enough for your evening: 11 hours from a 15:00 pickup, for example, covers the ride back after the last set on Friday or Saturday. If you stay longer, each extra hour is ฿300 for a Commuter or ฿600 for an Alphard.
How do I find my van after the show?
Open your trip link: it shows the van on a live map with the driver's name and plate. Tap "Call the car" to tell the driver you are ready, move the pin or send a message; messages are translated automatically.
How do I book and pay?
Book online in a few minutes: choose the package, the date and your hotel, then pay a 50% deposit online or pay in full. The balance is paid to the driver on the first day. You can also book on LINE @kingtocar, on WhatsApp or by phone at 084-709-3719.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at least 3 days before the trip and the deposit is refunded in full.
Commuter or Alphard?
The Toyota Commuter VIP seats 9–13 with room for luggage and suits most groups. The Alphard seats 6–7 in captain seats for a quieter, more private ride. Prices are per vehicle, so sharing a Commuter keeps the cost per person low.
We are staying in Bangkok. Can you take us to the festival and back each night?
Yes, but it is a long night: about 2 hours each way. Book a 12-hour package (฿7,500 Commuter, ฿18,000 Alphard) or message us for a price that includes extra time.
