Private van with driver

Bangkok to Samut Prakan Van Charter with Driver from ฿2,100

Samut Prakan borders Bangkok to the south and is home to Suvarnabhumi Airport. A typical charter runs about 30 km and takes 30 minutes to an hour. Kingtocar arranges private van charters here with a driver at one flat price from door to door. The province mixes heavy industry with large residential districts, so our regular work spans staff transport into the Bang Pu and Bang Phli estates, corporate factory visits around Theparak, family outings to Ancient City and the Crocodile Farm, and of course Suvarnabhumi transfers, since the airport sits inside this province.

Why book this route with us

Bangkok to Samut Prakan

Closest province to Suvarnabhumi

Suvarnabhumi Airport is in Bang Phli district of Samut Prakan, only 15 to 30 minutes from most parts of the province — ideal for pre-dawn and late-night flights when rides are hard to find.

Familiar with the industrial estates

Bang Pu, Bang Phli and the factories around Theparak and Pu Chao Saming Prai are regular runs, so drivers know the gates and access rules and lose less time at security.

Flat ฿2,100 per trip

฿2,100 for a Commuter and ฿4,000 for an Alphard, including fuel, Burapha Withi and Kanchanaphisek tolls, the driver and bottled water. Nothing is collected at the destination.

Shift and staff transport

For factories needing daily or monthly staff shuttles we can agree contract pricing and assign a regular driver — safer and more predictable than arranging a new vehicle each day.

Stops & places to visit

Ancient City (Muang Boran)

The world's largest open-air museum, with over a hundred replica monuments from across Thailand. Allow at least three hours; bicycles and a shuttle tram are available. It sits on Old Sukhumvit Road.

Crocodile Farm and Zoo

One of the world's largest crocodile farms, with scheduled handling shows. Popular for families and school trips, and close enough to Ancient City to combine both in one day.

Bang Pu Seaside Resort

Famous for migratory seagulls from November to April and the long Suk Ta pier stretching into the gulf. Cool and pleasant in late afternoon — a good final stop before returning to Bangkok.

Phra Samut Chedi and Phra Chulachomklao Fort

The chedi is the provincial symbol, while the fort displays historic disappearing guns and the retired warship HTMS Mae Klong — a solid half-day history outing.

Bang Nam Phueng floating market and Bang Krachao

Bangkok's green lung in Phra Pradaeng district. The floating market opens Saturday and Sunday only, and bicycles can be rented to explore. The van drops you at the market car park.

Suvarnabhumi Airport

Located in Bang Phli district. Departures are on level 4 and arrivals on level 2. For arrival pick-ups, gates 3 or 4 on level 2 are the easiest places for the driver to wait.

Travel tips for this route

  1. Sukhumvit through Samrong, Bearing and Theparak jams badly from 6.30 to 9am and 4.30 to 7.30pm because of factory shifts. The Burapha Withi expressway is far quicker, and the toll is already in your price.
  2. Heading to Suvarnabhumi from the Phra Pradaeng or Phra Samut Chedi side takes 30 to 40 minutes longer than from Bang Na or Bang Phli because of the river crossing — allow for it.
  3. Ancient City and the Crocodile Farm are under 10 minutes apart. To see both in a day, a 6 to 8 hour charter costs less than paying for two separate trips.
  4. The Bang Pu seagulls arrive between November and April and are scarce outside that window, so check the season if bird watching is the main purpose of your trip.

What's included

Frequently asked questions

What does a van charter to Samut Prakan cost?
A Toyota Commuter is ฿2,100 per trip and a Toyota Alphard is ฿4,000, covering fuel, tolls, the driver and bottled water with nothing added on the day. The rate matches our airport transfer price because the distances are similar.
How long is the transfer to Suvarnabhumi from Samut Prakan?
From Bang Phli or Bang Na it is roughly 15 to 30 minutes, from Mueang Samut Prakan around 30 to 40, and from the Phra Pradaeng side 50 to 70 because of the river detour. We calculate your pick-up time from your flight.
Can you run regular staff transport to Bang Pu or Bang Phli estates?
Yes, we handle daily and monthly staff transport, can assign a consistent driver and agree contract rates, which are better than booking trip by trip. Send us headcount, pick-up points and shift times on LINE.
Can we visit Ancient City and the Crocodile Farm in one day?
Easily — they are under 10 minutes apart. We suggest a 6 to 8 hour charter because Ancient City alone deserves at least three hours. Hourly booking means no rushing and the driver waits throughout.
Do you operate late at night or before dawn?
Yes, we run 24 hours. Flights at 2 or 3am and late-night arrival pick-ups are routine, with no unsociable-hours surcharge. Just confirm the exact time when booking so we can assign a driver ready for that slot.
