Patong Beach
A curving beach of about 3 km and the hub of Phuket's west coast, with restaurants, water sports and hotels. In the monsoon season, check the warning flags before swimming.
Bangla Road
Patong's famous nightlife street, running inland from the beach. It becomes a pedestrian street in the evening, so the driver drops you at the nearest accessible point.
Jungceylon shopping mall
A large mall in central Patong near Bangla Road, with a supermarket, restaurants and shops—handy for supplies after check-in.
Karon Viewpoint
A viewpoint south of Kata overlooking the bays of Kata Noi, Kata and Karon. It is some distance from Patong; tell us in advance if you want to stop so we can quote.
Kalim Beach
A rocky bay at the northern end of Patong, quieter than the main beach, with roadside seafood restaurants and a popular sunset spot.
Phuket Old Town
Sino-Portuguese shophouses on Thalang Road, Dibuk Road and Soi Romanee, with the Lard Yai walking street on Sunday evenings. Best planned as a separate trip.
