Heroines Monument
The monument roundabout on Thepkrasattri Road, a landmark on the drive south from the airport. Traffic is often heavy in the morning and evening.
Wat Chalong (Wat Chaiyathararam)
Phuket's most revered temple, close to the route. A stop can be added if you tell us in advance. Dress modestly when visiting.
Chalong Circle
The main roundabout of the Chalong area, linking Kata, Rawai and the pier. Traffic builds in the evening, so allow extra time when heading back to the airport.
Chalong Pier
The pier where tour boats leave for Coral Island, Racha Island and other islands. Boats are not included in the fare; tell us your tour company so we drop you at the right point.
Big Buddha Phuket (Nakkerd Hill)
The giant Buddha on top of Nakkerd Hill between Chalong and Kata, looking over Chalong Bay. The road up is steep; dress modestly.
