Toyota Commuter
Fuel + tolls + driver + water included
A private van with driver from Koh Chang to Suvarnabhumi Airport costs ฿6,500 for a Toyota Commuter or ฿12,000 for a Toyota Alphard, one way per vehicle, including the driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water. Don Mueang Airport (DMK) or a home or hotel in Bangkok costs the same. The published distance is about 330 km and the drive takes approximately 4.5–5.5 hours, depending on the arrival pier and traffic into Bangkok, via Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3) through Trat and Chanthaburi, then Highway 344 and Motorway 7. The driver waits on the mainland at Laem Ngop in Trat, at either Ao Thammachat pier or Centrepoint pier, whichever your boat from Koh Chang uses. The van does not cross by boat and the ferry fare from the island is not included, so allow time for the boat schedule and for airline check-in. To book, send your flight number, departure time, arrival pier, boat arrival time, passenger count and luggage via LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719.

Your group exceeds one vehicle. We will confirm the vehicles and a new total.

Check availability & priceThe mainland side has Ao Thammachat pier and Centrepoint pier, which sit apart and are run by different boat companies. Tell us which pier your boat uses when booking so the driver waits at the right one.

The turn-off is on Sukhumvit Road around the km 346 marker, then about 2 km in, roughly 14 km from Chanthaburi town. There is a waterfall and a pool of soro brook carp. Check the admission fee and opening hours before you go.

A Gothic-style church on the bank of the Chanthaburi River, with a footbridge across to the Chanthaboon waterfront community. It is an active place of worship, so dress modestly and check opening hours first.

An old riverside quarter in Chanthaburi with timber shophouses, restaurants, cafes and local sweets. It suits a lunch stop before the motorway. Mention it when booking if you would like to stop.
A roadside fruit market on Sukhumvit Road in Tha Mai district, good for durian, mangosteen and seasonal fruit, especially around April to June. Check trading hours before you travel, and note that airlines prohibit some fruit on board.
A rest stop on Motorway 7 for restrooms, food and a stretch before the airport. Keep valuables with you.
The driver waits at Ao Thammachat pier or Centrepoint pier on the mainland at Laem Ngop in Trat, whichever your boat from Koh Chang uses. Tell us the boat company and sailing so the van arrives before your ferry docks.
฿6,500 for a Commuter or ฿12,000 for an Alphard, including driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water. The fare is per vehicle, not per passenger.
Drop-off at Suvarnabhumi departures, Don Mueang Airport, or a home, condo or hotel in Bangkok all cost the same.
Send your flight number and departure time and the team works back through the boat schedule to a pier pickup time, allowing 4.5–5.5 hours of driving, traffic into Bangkok and the check-in time your airline requires.
Koh Chang to Suvarnabhumi costs the same as Suvarnabhumi to Koh Chang because we have vehicles based in the area, so no empty-run charge is added.
The Commuter seats 9–13 for larger groups and more bags. The Alphard seats 6–7 more comfortably but has less luggage room. Send a photo of all luggage so space can be confirmed.
Photos marked “Real photo” were taken on actual KINGTOCAR transfers and in the vehicles used for them. Passengers’ faces and personal details are blurred for privacy.
One way per vehicle: Toyota Commuter ฿6,500 or Toyota Alphard ฿12,000, including the driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water. The fare is per vehicle, not per passenger.
The published distance is about 330 km and the drive takes approximately 4.5–5.5 hours, depending on the arrival pier, traffic and drop-off. That excludes the 30–45 minute boat crossing from Koh Chang and any time queuing for the ferry.
The driver meets you on the mainland at Laem Ngop in Trat, at Ao Thammachat pier or Centrepoint pier, whichever pier your boat from Koh Chang arrives at. Drop-off is at Suvarnabhumi departures level, at Don Mueang Airport, or at a home, condo or hotel anywhere in Bangkok, all for the same fare.
On this route the van does not cross by boat. The driver meets you at the mainland pier at Laem Ngop, and the ferry from Koh Chang is arranged by you and is not included in the fare. If you want the van brought onto the island by car ferry, ask in advance so the team can check it and quote it for you to confirm.
The whole vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls and drinking water is included. Boat fares, meals, national park or attraction admission and extra stops or waiting not agreed in advance are excluded. Overnight charters add ฿500 per night for driver accommodation, and the team quotes planned stops for you to confirm.
Choose the Commuter for a larger group or more luggage, and the Alphard for up to 6–7 passengers who prioritise comfort. The Alphard has less luggage room, so send the passenger count and a photo of all bags to confirm the fit.
Yes. Suvarnabhumi to Koh Chang and Koh Chang back to Suvarnabhumi cost the same one way per vehicle: ฿6,500 for a Commuter or ฿12,000 for an Alphard. If you want both legs, send the dates and times for each and the team will quote them together.
Book on LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719, sending your flight number, departure time, arrival pier, boat arrival time, passenger count and luggage. Yes. A short restroom or meal stop is possible. For several sightseeing stops such as Namtok Phlio or the Chanthaboon waterfront, a detour or a long wait, send the plan when booking so the team can check the timing and quote it for you to confirm, and keep enough buffer for your flight.
