Toyota Commuter
Fuel + tolls + driver + water included
A private van with driver from Udon Thani back to Bangkok costs ฿9,200 per trip for a Toyota Commuter and ฿15,800 per trip for a Toyota Alphard. That is the charter price per vehicle one way, not per person, and it covers the driver, fuel, expressway tolls and bottled water on board. The fare table distance is 560 km and the drive takes roughly 7 to 9 hours including rest and meal stops. The route follows Highway 2, the Mittraphap Road, south through Khon Kaen, Ban Phai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Sikhio, Pak Chong and Saraburi before reaching Bangkok. On long weekends, Songkran and New Year the Korat to Saraburi stretch is heavy, so allow another 1 to 2 hours. We pick up at hotels in Udon Thani town, at Udon Thani International Airport, the railway station, the bus terminals, or at a house in an outlying district such as Kumphawapi, Ban Dung or Nong Han if you send the district name when booking. Our fare table prices Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang the same as a home or hotel in Bangkok. Because this drive runs past 7 hours, we suggest a morning departure from Udon Thani. On travel day you tap the button to say you are at the pickup point on your trip page, the driver comes to where you are standing and confirms with your 4-digit pickup code. A 50% deposit confirms the van and the balance is paid on the day. Book on LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719.

The public park in the middle of Udon Thani town, with a path around the water, a bridge to the island and waterside restaurants. It is close to the town hotels and suits a short walk or breakfast before the drive back to Bangkok, and the van can reach points all around it.

A wide lake whose surface fills with red lotus flowers in the cool season, roughly December to February, about 45 km from Udon Thani town. Seeing it means taking a boat and the flowers open only in the morning. The boat fare is not included in the van charter, so check the boat price and opening hours before you go.

The prehistoric museum and excavation pit in Nong Han district, listed as a World Heritage Site, about 55 km from town. A visit takes around two hours on foot and adds roughly half a day before the drive to Bangkok. Always check the admission fee and opening hours before you go.

A hillside temple in Na Yung district with a white marble reclining Buddha and a hall set in the forest, about 120 km north of Udon Thani town. It lies in the opposite direction to the route home, so a visit needs a full day. Dress modestly and check opening hours before you go.

The monument in the centre of Nakhon Ratchasima, almost exactly halfway along the drive to Bangkok. You can pay respects and have lunch in Korat without leaving the route, and there are restaurants and Korat souvenir shops around the square.
A Toyota Commuter is ฿9,200 per trip and a Toyota Alphard ฿15,800 per trip, charter price per vehicle, covering the driver, fuel, expressway tolls and bottled water. Our fare table lists one price for this route, so the leg back into Bangkok is ฿9,200 like the outbound.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person, so nine passengers divide ฿9,200 into about ฿1,022 each and two passengers pay the same ฿9,200 for the van. The luggage is loaded once in Udon Thani and unloaded at the Bangkok address, with no changes between a bus, a train and a taxi.
We collect at hotels in town, at Udon Thani International Airport, the railway station and the bus terminals. For an outlying district such as Kumphawapi, Ban Dung, Nong Han or Nam Som, send the district name and a map pin when you book, and the departure time is set with you before the day.
We drop at the departures level of either airport for the same fare as a home or hotel in Bangkok. The drive is long and the time varies with traffic, so send your flight number and departure time and we will work back the leaving time from Udon Thani.
On a 560 km drive there are large rest areas at Khon Kaen, Korat, Sikhio and Pak Chong for the toilet, a meal or souvenirs. Tell the driver when you book where you would like to eat. For several sightseeing stops or long waiting we will quote the hourly charter as a comparison.
The Commuter takes up to 9 passengers with 8 large bags, or 12 with 3 bags. The Alphard is a VIP vehicle with reclining captain seats for up to 6, with more legroom on a drive of this length. Child seats and boosters rent at ฿300 each per booking.
Photos marked “Real photo” were taken on actual KINGTOCAR transfers and in the vehicles used for them. Passengers’ faces and personal details are blurred for privacy.
A Toyota Commuter is ฿9,200 per trip and a Toyota Alphard ฿15,800 per trip. That is the charter price per vehicle one way, not per person, and it covers the driver, fuel, expressway tolls and bottled water.
The fare table distance is 560 km and the drive takes about 7 to 9 hours including meal and toilet breaks, following Highway 2, the Mittraphap Road, through Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima and Saraburi. On long weekends allow another 1 to 2 hours.
At hotels in Udon Thani town, at Udon Thani International Airport, the railway station, the bus terminals, and at a house in an outlying district such as Kumphawapi, Ban Dung or Nong Han. Send a Google Maps pin for the pickup point when you book and we will confirm the departure time.
The ฿9,200 fare includes the driver, the fuel for all 560 km, the expressway tolls into Bangkok and bottled water on board. Charged separately are your own food and drinks at the rest stops, admission and boat fees at any place you visit, child seats and boosters at ฿300 each per booking, and overtime if the van waits longer than agreed, at ฿600 per hour for a Commuter and ฿1,300 per hour for an Alphard.
Take the Commuter at ฿9,200 if you are 7 or more, or if you have more than 4 large bags: it seats up to 9 with 8 large bags, or 12 with 3 bags. Take the Alphard at ฿15,800 if you are 6 or fewer with up to 4 bags and want the VIP cabin with reclining captain seats and more legroom on a drive of more than 7 hours.
Yes, ฿9,200 for a Commuter either way. Both legs use the same row of our fare table, so the direction does not change the price. If you want both legs, send the dates and times for each and we will quote the combined trip before you confirm.
Booking takes one message and a 50% deposit to confirm the van. Send your date and time, the pickup point in Udon Thani — a town hotel, Udon Thani International Airport or the bus terminal — your Bangkok destination, the passenger count and the number of bags via LINE @kingtocar or call 084-709-3719. Our team creates the booking in our system and sends you the booking number and the booking page on our website. The fare is ฿9,200 for a Commuter or ฿15,800 for an Alphard, the balance is paid on travel day, and cancelling 3 or more days before pickup returns the deposit in full.
Yes. Places on the route home such as Khon Kaen, Korat and Pak Chong need no detour for a meal or a souvenir stop, so say so when booking and the stop goes into the plan the driver is given. The Red Lotus Sea and Ban Chiang lie away from the route home, so for those or a night on the road we will quote the daily charter as a comparison before you confirm.
