Is the return-direction fare the same?
Yes. A return trip costs the same as the outbound because vans are based in every province, so there is no empty-leg charge. The exceptions are routes where the table lists a separate return fare, such as Phuket–Bangkok. Switch the table to the return direction to see return fares.

How do I book, and how much is the deposit?
Send your route, date and time, pickup and drop-off points, passengers and luggage via LINE @kingtocar, WhatsApp, Telegram or call 084-709-3719. We confirm the vehicle and total first; a 50% deposit then secures the booking and the balance is paid on the day. Cash, bank transfer, PromptPay, TrueMoney, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise (international transfers) and crypto are accepted.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Cancel at least 3 days before travel and the deposit is refunded in full. A date change carries the same deposit across, subject to availability on the new date. Let us know as early as possible, especially around long holidays.
How much is an hourly charter?
Hourly charters with a driver start at 3 hours (90 km): Commuter ฿2,400 / Alphard ฿6,000, up to 12 hours (360 km): Commuter ฿7,500 / Alphard ฿18,000 per vehicle, including fuel, tolls and driver. Every package is listed in the hourly table above.
What if a charter runs over the time or distance?
This applies to hourly or full-day charters: extra time is ฿300/hour for the Commuter and ฿600/hour for the Alphard; extra distance is ฿25/km (Commuter) and ฿45/km (Alphard). One-way transfers are a fixed fare from the table, with no extra time or distance charges.
Are there other charges, such as parking, luggage or child seats?
Listed fares already include fuel, tolls, parking and the driver. The Commuter comfortably takes 7–9 adults with 6–8 large suitcases; tell us your luggage when booking so we assign the right vehicle. Child seats are available when requested in advance (send the child's age, weight and height). For sightseeing stops or waiting time, ask the team to confirm the total first, or choose an hourly charter.
